Cancellation Policy


Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel appointments without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.


As a courtesy our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, if your email isn’t checked regularly, your email has changed or the reminder has gone to your spam filter, it is still the responsibility of the client to know when your appointment is so you can avoid late arrivals, no shows or cancellation fees. Services are guaranteed and reserved for every client therefore, 50% of your service payment is required for the following conditions:


 Less that 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
 No-Show or missed appointments
 Late Arrivals – Please keep in mind that arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled, so as not to inconvenience other clients.


Habitually rescheduling, arriving late or missing appointments will subject a client to having to pre-pay 100% of their service when making appointments.
